Service Description;
If you agree to our copyright terms, Marleyman Digital Archiving will, at your request, clean, scan (at a minimum resolution of 1000 dpi) and transfer your 35 mm negatives or (developed) APS film, 35 mm slides or photographs (colour or black and white, up to size 10 inches x 8 inches) and transfer the images to CD or DVD and print any images you have requested.
Payment:
Payment Terms are Seven Days from Receipt of your Order as evidenced by Royal Mail Track & Trace. Unpaid Invoices will attract a 20% surcharge after 45 days and will be referred to a collection agent after 60 days.
Payment for services provided by Marleyman Digital Archiving must be made either by electronic transfer to our account, you can transfer the payment electronically using your online banking service if you have that service; (Your branch can also perform this service).
Or we can accept a crossed cheque made payable to Marleyman Digital Archiving, returned to us after you have reviewed your order.
Or Credit and Debit cards using PAYPAL© for which you do not need a PAYPAL account.

Guarantee:
You do not need to pay up front. When your order is returned to you, payment options will be included. You can review your order for Seven (standard) Days and then pay when you are satisfied.
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact Marleyman Digital Archiving with-in the seven day period otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and services provided and full payment will then be required immediately.
In the event that Marleyman Digital Archiving cannot correct any errors or complete the service to your satisfaction then you must send all discs back to Marleyman Digital Archiving and no charge will be raised for the service. Post & Packing will not be refunded.
Printed images are not part of this guarantee and must be paid for in full before printing begins.
Time to Complete:
Marleyman Digital Archiving aim to complete your order within 7-10 working days and will post your completed order via Royal Mail using their Recorded Signed for 1st Class Delivery for standard packets.
Marleyman Digital Archiving accept no responsibility for loss or damage to your original negatives/slides/photographs after dispatch but will provide a replacement copy of images, on disc for a nominal fee to cover P&P.
Marleyman Digital Archiving does not provide any software to view any images. The default format for images is the JPEG format.
Any number of images can be quoted for, there is no minimum charge for Negatives, Slides or any other media just contact us with the details of what you require and we will send you a quote.
