Marleyman Digital Archiving will use this information to process your order and payment for the service provided. Data collected (excluding data required by law for accounting) by Marleyman Digital Archiving will be held for a maximum period of 90 days after which time it will be deleted. This includes all scans.

There are no circumstances under which your information/data or contact details will be transferred

to any outside party except to government bodies with legal document requests .Images sent in for ‘capture and transfer’ to Marleyman Digital Archiving remain the copyright of the customer initiating the request.

The customer agrees by requesting any service, that they have copyright, or express permission from

the copyright holder, to authorise Marleyman Digital Archiving to work on and with the images

howsoever stored and to provide the service as outlined in Marleyman Digital Archiving Terms and

Conditions.
